Shipping Cost, to be imported to expense, "I Need Support"

Please tell me how i can get my shipping cost into expenses, instead of income. I do a lot of free shipping, and it is showing up as income. Right now I have to go in and delete the shipping COST, out of the total sale. I need your support, on this matter. It look like you could import the shipping cost from paypal like you do the fees. Please help, If we could get this taken care of, then "OUTRIGHT ROCKS"

Right now, we pull in the shipping fees you charge buyers on the income side (in case you end up paying more or less for your shipping costs, it makes a difference on your profit/loss.) Can you email us at support@outright.com and we can look into why your free shipping is still showing up?

As for your actual shipping costs, we are working on ways to be able to pull that in from PayPal. In the short term, I'm afraid you will need to enter them manually (although with PayPal's great transaction history, we will be able to backfill quite a bit of data when we add this functionality.)
