There are just a few deadlines to remember for 1099-MISC filings:
Jan 31 - 1099s due to contractors
Feb 28 - 1099s due to IRS (if you print & mail)
Mar 31 - 1099s due to IRS (if you e-file)
If you've already missed the deadline for contractors, you should still file your 1099s as soon as possible since contractors will need those 1099s to complete their taxes.
